The institute is having a Training and Placement Cell with an aim of achieving a target of 100% placement assistance for B.Tech and Polytechnic.At MGIMT, we provide separate PDP classes for all students. The aim of this module is to develop student’s personality and to impart personality knowledge to the students which serve to fill the gaps with the current environment of industries.Modern job market demands are complex and what one has learnt in schools/colleges is not enough. Having degree with goods marks will not guarantee a good job in today’s market until one has required attitude or great personality and adequate job specific skills.
